The (Wolf Tooth) B-RAD System begins with a series of slotted Mounting Bases. Available in three sizes, B-RAD bases can shift a bottle cage away from inconvenient rear shocks, add room for tools or tubes below a bottle cage, or even provide space for a second bottle on sufficiently-long downtubes (www.wolftoothcomponents.com)
We have many customers who are looking to mount a Salsa Anything (or similar) style cages to their fork for more efficient gear hauling. In many instances, the customers fork doesn’t have the correct quantity or spacing to mount these types of cages.
The Wolf Tooth B-Rad system, although seeming designed for bottle cage manipulation on the seat and down tubes, work well in this fork application.
Recently, I mounted the B-Rad on my 2019 Kona Rove ST. This bike has a steel fork with a mid-blade mount, and no other mounting points on the blade (there is a render mount down towards the axle. This set-up is perfect to mount a front rack and do the pannier thing, however I wanted to use my anything cages form my 2016 Niner RLT on Micro-Tour 7.
