2017 718 Cyclery Staff Camping Trip

On June 5/6, 2017, 718 Cyclery closed its doors to go on a staff camping trip to Mountain Lakes Park in North Salem, NY.  For a shop that is open 362 days/year (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day), this was a major bonding event. We had a good amount of rain, and it was the coldest June day/night in the last 10 years.

2016 Micro-Tour 3

Micro-Tour 03 was a fire-breathing, misty-mountain hop. It's a 55 mile ride from 718 to Lake Tiorati in Harriman State Park, 5 miles NW of Stony Point. At one point, we had 71 people signed up for this trip. Due to the threat of storms (that only partially materialized), we pulled 24 people out to ride and camp with us.

This trip was a year in the making, and relied heavily on the expertise of Justin and Harris. Justin proved to be the ultimate tour leader...compassionate, flexible and organized. There is no way this trip gets pulled off without their guidance.
